Apple request for Galaxy S3 US launch suspension denied

I think surely you remember the our Pego’s article   regarding an Apple request of injuction (simply absurd, in my opinion) to block the distribution and the launch of the Galaxy S3 in the U.S. that will start from day 21th of this month for the usual, alleged infringement of certain patents. Today, Judge Lucy Koh, of San Jose districy, a city a few miles from San Francisco (where I was yesterday), has denied the request and canceled the Cupertino request justifying the decision that she would not be able, however, to convene the two parts before Galaxy day launch. In this way, according to Dan Levine, Reuters analyst, Apple has lost hope of gaining time to get to the launch of the new iPhone expected this autumn; for that moment it will be many users that have signed new two-year contracts with operators for Korean jewel and that, certainly, do not cancel them to switch to the new iPhone. Given the sales results that each new model Apple has ever reached, this statement seems a bit ‘excessive, but there is no doubt that in Cupertino, at least for once, they are seriously worried.
